Our unique PDSP platform accelerates drug development.
BRIM accelerates drug development from preclinical to clinical proof of concept, targeting novel therapies for diseases with high unmet medical needs. Our projects are based on our proprietary Pigment Epithelium-Derived Factor (PEDF) derived Short Peptide (PDSP) platform, which can be applied across multiple therapy areas and indications.

Our lead asset, BRM421, is on track to become a first-in-class treatment for Dry Eye Disease (DED) which treats and repairs corneal damage. BRM421 is currently in Phase 3 clinical trial. We are also developing new drugs to treat severe corneal damage (BRM423), neurotrophic keratitis (BRM424), and osteoarthritis (BRM521), all of which are developed from our PDSP platform.
Dry Eye Disease
A potential first-in-class treatment for Dry Eye Disease (DED) which treats and repairs corneal damage.
Severe Cornea Damage
Targeted to treat severe cornea damage which can lead to blindness.
Neurotrophic Keratitis(NK)
Early-stage treatment in development for Neurotrophic Keratitis (NK), a rare, degenerative disease affecting the cornea.
Osteoarthritis
Unique mechanism of action promotes joint cartilage regeneration and relieves pain caused by osteoarthritis.
